Blueberries are high in flavonoids and known for their free-radical scavenging properties.
This didn't taste as bad as i thought but was nice added in to a yogurt or porridge or even water .Good way to get more antioxidants in your body and vitamins.
I found this to be quite pleasant although rather sharp on its own but lovely mixed in with natural yoghurt. A great and simple way to incorporate Essential vitamins into your diet.
