This is a wonderful product which I use every day It helps joint stiffness and eases pain.
I’m always a bit sceptical about this sort of product. I mean it can’t actually work, can it? Well actually yes it can and yes it does.
My lot are more than a bit accident prone and whenever we get bumps and bruises (kind of often) the arnica gel is what we reach for. They took a bit of convincing but my teenagers ask for it now so I’m confident I can recommend it on their behalf as well as my own.
It soothes beautifully and seems to reduce pain more or less straight away. I mean it doesn’t go completely but it does seem better. I’m not sure if it reduces bruising. I bruise very easily and that is still happening but from a personal point of view the pain reduction is more important than the appearance of bruising so it’s a real winner for my family.
